Cookies & Analytics

We use the Meta Pixel (a measurement script that runs in your browser) and Meta's Conversions API (server-side events sent from our infrastructure) to understand which campaigns lead to useful page visits and enquiries. Whether they run depends on where you are visiting from:

• United States. Measurement runs by default when you visit the site. You can opt out at any time with the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" control below, and we honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as the same request.
• EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland. No measurement runs — neither the browser pixel nor server-side events — unless you choose "Allow" in the consent notice. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, after which the notice will ask again, or by using the opt-out control below.
• Everywhere else, or when your location cannot be determined, we treat the visit the same as an EEA visit: nothing runs without consent.

Events may include PageView, ViewContent, the first interaction with the website audit form, a confirmed lead submission, and a scheduling action. We do not send a Lead event merely because a button was clicked: it is emitted only after the server confirms that the enquiry was delivered. Every event sends the event name, page URL, browser information, network address and Meta's own advertising cookies.

When you submit a form and measurement is permitted where you are, the event for that submission additionally carries your name, email address and phone number as SHA-256 hashes rather than in readable form. Meta compares the hash against accounts it already holds; the hash is still treated as personal data under UK and EU law, and we describe it that way rather than calling it anonymous. This is what lets us tell which advertising actually produces enquiries. We never send the message or project details you typed, and where consent is required we send nothing at all from a visit in which it was not given. Hashing happens on our server; where consent is required, this is part of what you agree to by choosing "Allow".

Service Providers & Data Processors

This website runs on our own server. When you send us the contact form, the details you type are passed to our enquiry system, which records them so the team can reply.

Your IP address travels with that submission so the enquiry can be attributed to a location and screened for automated abuse. To rate-limit the form we also hold that address — for IPv6, its network prefix — in the server's memory, where it stops counting against you after ten minutes and is discarded when the server restarts. It is never written to disk. An IP address is treated as personal data here rather than described as anonymous. Beyond hosting, we share enquiry details only as described below.

Meta Platforms, Inc. processes limited event and technical data as an advertising measurement provider under its own terms and privacy policy.

Contact Form Retention

We keep contact form submissions only as long as we need them — to reply to you, to follow up on the enquiry, and to keep ordinary records of the work we quote and deliver. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time by emailing marketing@peachcoders.com, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it by law.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it in these limited situations:

• Service providers. Third parties who perform functions on our behalf — such as hosting, email delivery, customer relationship management, and payment processing — receive only the information needed to perform that function.
• Business partners. Aggregated, non-identifiable information may be shared for analytics and marketing.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do share limited identifiers — cookie IDs, advertising events, and, when you submit a form, your name, email address and phone number as SHA-256 hashes — with advertising partners like Meta to measure and improve our advertising. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA, as amended by the CPRA), this kind of disclosure can count as "sharing", and California residents have the right to opt out of it.

To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, use the control below. It takes effect immediately in this browser: the Meta Pixel stops running and Meta's cookies are cleared from this browser, so their identifiers stop travelling with anything we send. Where measurement runs by default — the United States — server-side events continue but are flagged with Meta's Limited Data Use restriction. Where consent is required, the same control stops all measurement instead. We also honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as the same opt-out request. Alternatively, email marketing@peachcoders.com with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share" and we will action the request within fifteen (15) business days. You will not be charged a different price or receive a different level of service for exercising this right.

Minors

Peach Coders does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If you are under 18, please do not submit information to us. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it.
